MOU with LG U+

On September 30th, LG U+ signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Apptest.ai to develop AI-based service testing technology and explore new sales opportunities.

As part of the agreement, the two companies have developed an AI-based test automation solution, creating an environment where AI tests LG U+ services 24/7 without requiring employee intervention.

The plan is to expand this test automation solution, currently applied to selected services like apps and websites, to a broader range of LG U+ offerings, including IoT (Internet of Things) and IPTV.

Furthermore, Apptest.ai and LG U+ aim to drive commercialization by introducing these solutions to domestic and international service providers and exploring overseas markets.

To support these efforts, both companies participated in ‘STARWEST,’ a global testing conference held in Anaheim, CA, in October, where they presented real-world use cases.

The Apptest.ai team is set to appear again this spring at STAREAST, which will take place in Orlando this May.
